Fascias and soffits take the brunt of the weather and quietly hold up your guttering and the bottom edge of your roof. When timber fascias rot, the damage spreads into the roof structure. We replace tired timber with clean, long-life uPVC or aluminium roofline systems, properly vented and neatly finished.

Inspect the roofline
We check the timber behind the boards and the condition of your guttering and felt.
Strip & repair
Rot is cut out and any damaged rafter feet or felt replaced before the new boards go on.
Fit new boards
New fascias, soffits and bargeboards are fitted, level and jointed neatly.
Refit guttering
Gutters and downpipes are refitted, aligned for correct fall and checked with water.

uPVC or timber fascias?
We fit both, but most customers choose uPVC for its low maintenance and long life. We will show you the options and finishes available.
Do you cap over existing fascias?
Only if the timber behind is completely sound. Capping rotten timber just hides the problem, so we will always check first and replace if needed.
Will my guttering be removed and refitted?
Yes. We take the guttering off to fit the fascias properly and refit it level, with the correct fall so water runs to the outlets.
Do I need roof ventilation?
Most roofs benefit from eaves ventilation to prevent condensation. We fit vented soffits to meet current building standards.
How long does a roofline job take?
A typical semi-detached house is finished in one to two days. We will give you a clear timescale with your quote.
