Soakers and apron flashings are renewed and dressed properly to the stack and slates.
Finish & tidy
The stack is left weather-tight and the area below is cleared of debris.

My chimney is leaking — what is usually wrong?
The most common causes are failed lead flashings and cracked flaunching around the pots. We inspect and pinpoint the exact source before recommending work.
Can you remove a chimney I no longer use?
Yes. We can safely take down an unused stack and roof over the opening, or fit a ventilated cap if you want to keep the stack below.
Do you repoint or rebuild?
Repointing is usually enough, but if the brickwork or the stack itself is moving we will tell you and quote for a rebuild or removal.
Do you fit chimney cowls?
Yes. We fit anti-downdraught and bird-proof cowls to keep your chimney drawing and keep birds and rain out.
Is my chimney stack safe?
If a stack is leaning, loose or badly deteriorated we will say so clearly and prioritise making it safe.
